Straight Answers
Is the pilot free?
No. The electrical design-partner pilot is a paid engagement at $299/month for 90 days. We want real usage, real accountability, and real feedback from teams running live opportunities.
Can I start on Starter without the pilot?
Not today. New teams come in through the pilot so we can validate workflow fit, support expectations, and bid-day usage before treating the account like a standard subscription.
What happens after 90 days?
You decide: continue on Starter, scope a custom rollout, or stop. No free-trial trap. No auto-convert.
Can I cancel during the pilot?
Yes. Cancel with 7 days' notice. We pro-rate unused time in the current billing period so the pilot stays low-drama if it's not a fit.
What trades are in scope right now?
Electrical is the public launch wedge. Plumbing is being run privately as a design-partner lane and is not part of the main public sales motion yet.
Does OmniTakeoff replace my estimator?
No. It's a co-pilot. Your estimator reviews every quantity, every scope callout, and every compliance item before anything leaves your office.
How should I think about security and procurement?
We share the current posture and docs directly during pilot evaluation. If something isn't in place, we say so plainly instead of hand-waving with enterprise theater.
Do you offer annual contracts right now?
Not as the default motion. Monthly while the workflow proves out. If your team needs a custom commercial structure, use the custom-rollout path.
